What is TaeKwon-Do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TaeKwon-Do is a first cousin of Karate, a cross between Karate and Kickboxing. It\u2019s a martial art developed in South Korea, based on centuries old forms of unarmed fighting for self-defence.
Translated from Korean, TaeKwon-Do means \u2018The way of the foot and hand\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
